The Problem
Customers were unable to see their photo and messages while browsing and creating their cards. Many customers also wanted the ability to quickly proof their designs and not wait for a design assistant to email them. This resulted in customers abandoning their cards, leaving the site and not returning. Additionally, design assistant emails were often lost, resulting in missed email by customer and “late” delivery of cards, especially at the holiday season.
The Objective
Create experiences that allow the customer to personalize their cards throughout the shopping funnel, with a final proof. This allows the customer to take greater control of their journey, often resulting in higher checkout rates.
